The default change-of-mind return window is 7 calendar days from delivery for sealed, unopened and unused Surf Excel products, unless the product page shows a longer window. Keep the original packaging, labels and invoice. Opened or used consumable products are not eligible for change-of-mind return, but this does not limit a remedy for a defective, damaged, spurious, misdescribed, wrongly supplied, short or late item. The applicable return-shipping charge is shown before a change-of-mind request; the storefront bears return logistics for a seller-attributable problem. After the returned item or evidence is accepted, the refund target is to initiate within 2 business days; UPI or bank settlement may take longer. A cancellation, return, refused delivery or refund can change Referral Cashback eligibility. Keep the product, packaging and order evidence until the review is complete.
